The Challenge
Discover Kale, the force driving the UK’s love of kale, chose the BBC Good Food Show Winter 2015 (26-29 Nov) as the ideal event to showcase the versatility of this popular vegetable. It wanted to give visiting foodies the chance to sample lots of freshly made tasty treats from Cavolo Nero stir fry to kale brownies and cocktails.
Our Solution
Working closely with our friends at Ceres PR we designed a bright and welcoming demonstration kitchen that drew big audiences with its clean lines and delicious recipe images. We ensured that it was well equipped with an inbuilt electric hob, Nutri-bullet, sink and fridge, and easy to keep clean to enable the Discover Kale chef to perform quick and continuous recipe demos. A concealed support kitchen made sure that there were plenty of fresh samples to go round.
The Result
What a fantastic four day event! The Discover Kale kitchen was busy from start to finish as visitors couldn’t get enough of the delicious healthy kale bites. The stand was the silent star of the show, looking great and functioning floorless throughout. Here’s to an even more appetising 2016!
