Over 10,000ft² of secure storage space is overseen by a dedicated Warehouse Manager and team supported by our bespoke Project Management system. Every item, from flooring and framework to furniture and even coffee capsules, is uploaded and administered online so we know where everything is at all times and what condition it is in.
After an event all recyclable and re-usable stand elements are returned to the warehouse in their purpose built transportation crates where everything is cleaned, logged back onto the system then carefully packed and stored on heavy duty shelving, racking and pallet systems ready for your next show.
The Symbiosis fleet with its experienced drivers will safely and securely transport your display to any UK or European location. With long standing relationships with venues, event organisers and security teams, our smartly dressed delivery team are well known and kept up to speed on all rules and regulations as well as health and safety requirements.
