We’re delighted to welcome Noni Davis to Symbiosis as our new Project Coordinator, based at our Andover facilities. Noni will work closely with our experienced Project Manager, Taryn Puzdrowski, supporting the planning and delivery of live and digital projects for our clients.
A hugely personable and outgoing professional, Noni brings a wealth of experience across the events and marketing sectors. She joins us from the University of Southampton, where she managed event planning and delivery alongside marketing campaigns designed to attract clients and students. Her blend of creativity, organisation, and calm professionalism makes her an ideal fit for the fast-paced agency environment at Symbiosis.
Before joining the higher-education sector, Noni spent over two years in the wedding and venue industry, coordinating events at Wasing Park and Clock Barn. These high-pressure roles gave her hands-on experience managing complex schedules, suppliers, and client expectations—often handling multiple large-scale events at once. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure consistently delivered exceptional results.
Noni has also collaborated with well-known global clients including Google, Yamaha, and Acer, managing logistics for multi-day training sessions with up to 150 delegates. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, she ensures accuracy and consistency across every stage of project delivery.
