Symbiosis delivered a quite amazing brand activation for IMG Arena at ICE London 2020. Using contemporary industrial as our inspiration, we transformed 330m² blank meeting rooms in the South Gallery of ExCel London.
After a three day build the space was completely unrecognisable with concrete & tile effect walls, wooden flooring & atmospheric lighting and furnishings.
A stunning LED ‘data tunnel’ linked through to our immersive brand experiences showcasing IMG Arena’s associations with tennis, golf & UFC.
The client was delighted. They received many complements from colleagues & customers as well as the show organisers & even their competitors. They are already looking to increase their presence yet further at ICE London 2021. Symbiosis can’t wait for the challenge!
