1. What types of exhibition stands do you offer for exhibitors?

We offer a full range of exhibition stands including modular, custom-built, and hybrid solutions. Whether you’re after something reusable, sustainable, or completely bespoke, we’ll design and build a stand that aligns with your brand and goals.


2. Can you help if I’ve never exhibited before?

Yes, absolutely. We guide first-time exhibitors through every step – from design to delivery – making the process easy to understand and stress-free. You’ll have a dedicated team supporting you from start to finish.


3. What if I’ve had a bad experience with another exhibition supplier?

Many of our clients come to us after poor experiences elsewhere. We take the time to understand what went wrong and offer a more proactive, transparent and professional service to restore your confidence in exhibiting.


4. Do you manage everything or just the stand build?

We offer a fully project managed service. That includes design, construction, logistics, installation, on-site support, and even engagement strategies. You can hand over the entire process to us, knowing it’s in safe hands. Find out more out our Project Management team.


5. How far in advance should I book my exhibition stand?

We recommend getting in touch at least 3–6 months before your event, especially for larger or custom builds. That gives us time to refine the concept, handle approvals, and ensure flawless delivery.


6. Do you work with international exhibitors or overseas events?

Yes. While we’re based in London, we deliver exhibition stands across the UK and Europe and regularly support international brands exhibiting at UK shows and vice versa.


7. Can I reuse my stand for multiple events?

Definitely. We can design modular and reconfigurable stands using the beMatrix system, that are easy to adapt for different floorplans, saving you time and cost across your event calendar.
