As a Symbiosis Marketing & Client Service Executive we will look to you to provide high-quality services to our key clients, making you a trusted contact, both internally and externally. You will also be integral to the development and delivery of our on and off-line marketing campaign.
Working with the Managing Director, you will take briefs directly from clients and interpret them for our design and production teams. You will then oversee all aspects of projects including costing, stand design and artwork amends & approval, through to final delivery & feedback.
As you build your in-depth knowledge of clients and events you will keep our CRM system up to date. You will also work with our account managers to co-ordinate CRM reporting and prepare a weekly sales report for the MD. From time to time you will support our account managers in delivering aspects of their projects, whether due to holidays, long term leave or project complexities.
You will work with the Operations Director to develop and deliver the company marketing strategy. This will include creating relevant & meaningful content for the Symbiosis website, blog and social media channels as well as exploiting every opportunity to generate interest and new leads. You will also plan and execute targeted online media campaigns.
You will help manage the digital agencies and suppliers to ensure that on-going and project work is delivered on-budget and in a creative and timely manner. There will be the opportunity to be involved in the development of planned new product and service websites.

• Educated to degree level or similar
• Proactive attitude with the motivation to grow a young company very rapidly
• Excellent customer service and marketing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues & clients
• Computer literate (Word, Excel etc.) & keen to learn new systems & processes
• An active interest in and knowledge of social media
• A methodical, accurate and astute approach with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task effectively & thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both within a team and independently
You must also be able to start work on Monday 3 September 2018.
